Nah, I gave up on st. George a couple weeks ago. My heel is giving me trouble still so I'm giving it some more time before trying to run. You should be able to put down a good time at SGM with all the training you're doing. You have a goal of what time you're trying to run down there?

That is no good, injuries are no fun. But, better to get it taken care of then linger on forever. Ideally, I would like to run sub 2:50. My PR is 2:51, so we will see if I am ready for it.
