| Calves have been pretty sore since Saturday's run and I was on call last night and worked until 3 am, so just did 45 minutes on elliptical and hit the hot tub.

| Rough run this morning. Met up with James, Jen and Devra for the run. Plan was to run part of the SLC marathon course with a tempo in the middle. Started with a 5.5 mile warm-up. I could tell it was not my day for a good run as I was already feeling tired during this part. Those 3 took off on the tempo and I attempted to for a minute but just didn't have it. Ended up running on my own at about 7:45 pace. I could handle this pace, but never felt great. Did a total of 18 miles.
