| Long run today. Probably wasn't ready for it yet after the half marathon on Saturday, but I will be real busy the next few days and not sure when I would have time for a long run. So I decided to give it a try. Started out ok, but struggled mightily the last few miles. I guess that is not unexpected. Anyways ran around Holladay and averaged about 8:15 pace or so. |

| Down in Newport Beach on vacation with the family. Did my long run on the boardwalk down Newport and Huntington Beach. Fun running along the beach. Happy with the run and felt pretty good. Finished with average pace of 7:22. |

| Long run today. Did 20 miles total. Ran up emigration canyon. Took it pretty easy up the canyon as I have been sick the past few days. Picked up the pace coming down the canyon for 7 miles with a few miles at marathon pace. Nice and easy for the last few miles. Overall 8:15 pace |
