I ended up doing a short triathlon down in Orem this morning.  My wife had been training and wanted to run one, so we did it together.  Unfortunately, she got a flat tire during the bike portion.  It was a reverse triathlon so we started with the run, then biked and finished swimming.  I hadn't really trained cycling or swimmining, so wasn't sure what to expect.  I did the 5K in 19:11 or 6:07 pace.  I was pretty happy about it, but would have like to have been a little faster.  But, I didn't really push it at the end knowing I still had to run.  Did the the 10 mile bike in about 30 minutes.  Finished with the swim, not sure how long that took, but I suck at swimming.  Ended up taking 2nd in my age group and I think 12th overall.  So not too bad.

Was down in St. George for thanksgiving and decided to do this race. Not too big of a race. Ended up in 4th place overall, 1st in age group.Time of 39:01 (6:16, 6:24, 6:15, 6:18, 6:24, 6:17, 1:05). Fairly happy, would have liked to have finished a little stronger.
